Tigris is a brand experience agency specializing in dynamic event staffing & experiential marketing. Our head office is comprised of a small but mighty team of 6 female leaders with over 40 years of experience combined. We pride ourselves on our passion for people, exemplary communication and attention to detail. Serena Schwab - edit

Serena Holmes President & CEO

Serena has been with Tigris for 13 years and has over 17 years of industry experience. Her core expertise ranges from management & staffing, event planning, to experiential & logistics.

Serena is involved in project management for the company’s biggest clients along with driving company marketing/sales. She is on the Board of Directors for the Trillium Childhood Cancer Support Centre and has been published in the Globe and Mail’s Leadership Lab on multiple occasions.

When she’s not in the office, Serena can be found snuggling Bailey and Crystal (her adorable miniature pinchers!), volunteering and raising awareness about climate change, sustainability and wildlife advocacy. She even traveled to Thailand to support 2 projects geared towards improving the lives of captive elephants in January 2017. Down the road, she is planning to write a book and get start a family.

Nicole Delorme Marketing Manager

Nicole is responsible for Tigris’ internet marketing, social media and sales. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Radio and Television Arts and a Certification in Digital Marketing, Nicole continues to stay relevant in the ever-changing world of marketing by taking classes, workshops and webinars.

In her 2.5 years at Tigris, Nicole has dabbled in everything from recruiting and hosting interviews for events staff, to coordinating events across Canada.

When she’s not in the office, Nicole can be found reading a novel, attending Body Combat at the gym, or spending time with friends and family.

Helene S (1)

Helene Scime Account Director

Helene joined Tigris in 2015 and has a diverse range of experience in creative development, sales, project management and internet marketing. She is responsible for planning and managing national programs. Some of her accounts include Canadian Tire, Clover Leaf, Ivanhoe Cambridge and St. Joseph’s Health Centre.

Helene’s previous experience as a graphic designer and registered massage therapist are displayed through her creativity and communications with our clients and staff.

When she’s not in the office, Helene can be found working out, volunteering for Feed the Need or practicing her coding skills.

Amy Zhou Account Manager

Amy has worked for Tigris as an events staff since 2011 and recently joined our head office as an Account Coordinator in 2015. She has recently been promoted to Account Manager. She’s worked with top brands including the NBA All Star Tour, Canadian Tire, Shopper’s Drug Mart, Toronto Star, Facebook and MLSE.

Amy is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, OCT certified, and spent two years abroad teaching high school Calculus, Chemistry and Biology to students in Nanjing and Beijing, China.

In her spare time Amy can be found playing beach volleyball, hosting board game nights for her friends (Telestrations is a favourite!) and eating lots of pho.



Trellaney Opara Account Manager

Trellaney has worked as an event manager for Tigris since September 2015 and was recently promoted to full time account manager in Jul/16. Her experience in this role is a great asset to Tigris as an account manager. Past events include the Canadian Tire Dealer Convention, Hero of Play, Feast and many others!


Joanna Olaru Account Coordinator 

Joanna comes to Tigris with years of experience on our team as a brand ambassador. Working in an account coordination capacity, she will be supporting our management team with recruiting, scheduling, reports and some bookkeeping.
